The cost of our inventories is based on the assumption that flats have one reception room and one bathroom, in addition to the number of bedrooms stated and that "furnished" indicates that the property is lightly furnished for rental purposes. We reserve the right to make an additional charge if there are additional rooms in the property or if it has been heavily furnished. Please make us aware of this when requesting the inventory in order that we can advise you of the most cost effective solution for your inventory.
