Our inventories work methodically from the front entrance of the property, through each room and any outside spaces, noting the condition and contents and any specific defects. Our reports are supported by digital photographs thus providing a complete record of the fixtures fittings and condition of your property.
We also carry out Check-in and Check-out reports and mid-term condition reports.
